These terms apply to your use of the website and purchases from the store. Please read the guide description and policies before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
2. Digital materials
We sell English-language PDF study guides about Kotlin. Each guide page describes its modules, intended readers, prerequisites and price. A purchase includes the guide described at the time of ordering. Live teaching, individual feedback, development software, certification and future editions are not included unless expressly stated.
You need an email address and a device capable of opening PDF files. Running code examples requires a suitable Kotlin development setup. No physical item is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR. Each paid guide is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Free Kit is priced at €0 EUR and does not start a paid subscription. Any applicable tax and the final amount must be shown on the external payment page before you confirm payment.
The purchase button opens a short preparation page and then the payment page for the selected guide. Accepted payment methods are shown there. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; this website has no card-entry form and does not collect full card numbers.
Review the guide, seller, amount and currency on the payment page. If they do not match your selection, do not proceed and contact us. An unavailable payment page does not create an order or a charge.
4. Delivery
After confirmed payment, we send the PDF or a download link to the email address supplied with your order within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding public holidays. There is no delivery charge. Delivery is digital; no postal address is required for shipping. A billing address may be requested by the payment provider.
For a no-charge guide request, the same delivery window applies after we receive the request. If the request page is unavailable, contact us. Check your spam folder and contact us if a paid guide has not arrived within the stated window. We will investigate the order and arrange delivery or a refund where appropriate.
5. Use of the guides
A purchase permits the purchaser to download, store, print and use the guide for personal study. You may adapt the example code in your own projects. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the guide or substantial parts of its explanatory text without permission, except where permitted by law.
Kotlin and other names used to explain a topic remain the property of their respective owners. Voryqelto is an independent educational store and does not claim an official endorsement.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policy explains the 14-day request window, how to contact us, and how approved refunds are processed. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Nothing in these terms removes remedies available under applicable consumer law.
7. Educational scope and responsibility
The guides are learning materials. Examples may simplify a problem to explain a concept and should be reviewed before use in another context. We do not promise employment, income, examination results or any particular learning outcome.
If you identify a factual error or an unreadable file, contact us so we can review it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
8. Changes and questions
We may update website information and these terms. The version presented when you order applies to that purchase. Substantive changes do not remove existing purchase rights. Contact us using the details on our contact page for questions or complaints; we aim to respond within two business days.
